青山学院大学大学院国際マネジメント研究科（青山ビジネススクール：ABS）の授業「シビックエンゲージメント・プロジェクト」（担当：宮副謙司教授）の学習成果報告会が、新図書館6階のプレゼンテーションルームにて6月7日（土）に開催されました。

2024年度後期に実施された「シビックエンゲージメント・プロジェクト」の授業では、受講学生20名が5つのグループを編成し、自主的に地域や社会の課題についてのシビックエンゲージメント活動を企画し、さらに実践に取り組みました。各グループ受講生（現在はABS修了生）が、その授業での学習成果を（2025年度に入ってからの進捗も含め）改めてまとめて報告しました。

■グループ1：アスリートの社会活動による近隣コミュニティの充実化支援
（渋谷シティFCと笹塚・幡ヶ谷地区住民との関係づくり）
■グループ2：都市の自然環境創造（亀島川テラスのプランニングとコミュニティ活動）
■グループ3：子供たちに仕事理解を促し未来を育む（職育ゲームの開発と導入）
■グループ4：働く人を支えるリトリートの場づくり（地方の遊休資源活用）
■グループ5：女性のライフスタイルに応じた起業（自営）の支援

どのグループも身近なところから社会課題に着目し、その改善に向けて地域や企業・団体と関わって取り組んでおり、企画しただけでなく、様々な関係先を調整し活動に着手・実践し、授業後の現在も様々な方とともに、推進していることが素晴らしいです。この授業を受講することで「社会人から社会活動人へ」と成長したわけで、ビジネススクールの教育のあり方としても新しい時代の社会的要請に先んじた姿に至ったといってよいものではないでしょうか。

本報告会は、今年度から利用可能になった新図書館6階のプレゼンテーションルームでの開催であり、当日は在校生に加え、複数の企業の方々も参画されました。また稲積学長（社会連携機構長）も大学行事のお忙しい中、ご参観いただき（一部の時間でしたが）、評価コメントをいただきました。皆様、どうもありがとうございました。

“Civic Engagement Project” Class Learning Results Debriefing

In recent years, Professor Kenshi Miyazoe of Aoyama Gakuin University's Graduate School of International Management (Aoyama Business School: ABS) has been steadily developing courses related to the area of SDGs and civic engagement. Specifically, “Marketing for Community Revitalization” (from 2012), “SDGs Community Marketing” (from 2020), and “Civic Engagement Project” (from 2023).

The “Civic Engagement Project” class held its 2024 Learning Outcomes Debriefing on Saturday, June 7, in the Presentation Room on the 6th floor of the New Library.

In the “Civic Engagement Project” class held in the second semester of FY2024, 20 students formed five groups and independently planned civic engagement activities on regional and social issues, and then put them into practice. Each group of students (now ABS alumni) reported again on the results of their learning in the class (including their progress since the beginning of the 2025 academic year).

【Students' Civic Engagement Activities】 (in the order of presentation on the day)
■Group 1: Supporting the enrichment of neighborhood communities through athletes' social activities (Building relationships between Shibuya City Football Club and residents of the Sasazuka and Hatagaya areas)
■Group 2: Creating a natural environment in the city (planning and community activities for Kamejima River Terrace)
■Group 3: Promoting children's understanding of work and nurturing their future (development and introduction of job education games)
■Group 4: Creating retreats that support working people (utilization of idle resources in rural areas)
■Group 5: Supporting entrepreneurship (self-employment) in accordance with women's lifestyles

It is wonderful to see that all the groups focused on social issues from their immediate surroundings and worked with local communities, companies, and organizations to improve them, not only planning, but also coordinating with various related parties, initiating and implementing activities, and promoting them with various people even now, after the class. The presentation was held in the presentation room on the 6th floor of the new library, which became available this year. President Inazumi (Director of the Organization for Social Collaboration) also took time out of his busy schedule of university events to attend the event (even though it was only part of the time), and gave us his evaluation comments.
